skinN°88 is operated by number88 (Business Registration No. 522-43-00996, Republic of Korea). All orders ship directly from our authorized Korean wholesale partner in Seoul to your address. We do not maintain warehouses outside of Korea.


1. Shipping Rates (Order Total)

We use a simple 3-tier rate based on your order subtotal at checkout (before any discount codes). This applies to all destinations we ship to:

  • Order total $0 - $99.99: Flat $20 shipping
  • Order total $100 - $149.99: Flat $10 shipping
  • Order total $150 and above: FREE shipping

You pay one shipping fee per order, no matter how many items you purchase. Buying a bundle or filling your cart to $150+ unlocks free shipping.


2. Delivery Time

  • Order processing: 1-2 business days from payment confirmation. Orders placed during Korean public holidays or weekends are processed on the next business day.
  • Standard international delivery: typically 2-3 weeks from dispatch (most destinations).
  • Express delivery (where available): typically 3-5 business days from dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier. Actual delivery may vary based on the destination country, customs inspection, weather, and public holidays.


3. Tracking

Every shipment includes a tracking number. Once your order is dispatched from Korea, the tracking number is automatically added to your order in Shopify and emailed to you. You can also check delivery progress at any time on the carrier's website using the tracking number we provide.


4. Where We Ship

We currently ship to most major destinations including Singapore, Japan, Australia, Canada, France, United Kingdom, United States, Germany, and many others. A small number of countries are restricted by our carrier or by import regulations. If checkout does not allow your address, your country is currently restricted and we will inform you if you contact us.

For countries not commonly listed, please email support@skinn88.com before ordering and we will confirm availability and any specific carrier or rate adjustments.


5. Customs Duties and Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, GST/VAT, and carrier brokerage fees imposed by your destination country. All such charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the shipping fee or product price.

General reference (subject to change by local authorities):

  • Singapore: orders under 400 SGD are typically GST-exempt at import.
  • United States: Korean cosmetics are generally tariff-free under the Korea-US FTA. Carrier brokerage fees of approximately $5-15 may be collected at delivery.
  • European Union: VAT and customs duties apply per local thresholds. We declare full product value as required by law.
  • Other countries: please check with your local customs office for current rates.

We declare the full product value on the customs form as required by international shipping regulations. We cannot mark packages as "gift" or undervalue declarations. Refusal to pay customs charges resulting in package return is treated as a change-of-mind return under our Refund Policy.


6. Delivery Delays

Standard delivery typically takes 2-3 weeks. Delays caused by carriers, customs inspections, weather, public holidays, or events outside our reasonable control are not grounds for refund.

If your tracking shows no movement for 30 consecutive days, please contact us at support@skinn88.com. We will open an investigation with the carrier and our fulfillment partner. If the package is officially declared lost by the carrier, we will arrange a replacement or refund.


7. Damaged Packages and Wrong Items

If your package arrives visibly damaged or contains the wrong item, please photograph the issue and contact us at support@skinn88.com within 14 days of delivery. Please include the 3 required photos (shipping label / outer box with label / product condition). See our Refund Policy for full details on the resolution process.


8. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address

It is the buyer's responsibility to provide a complete and correct shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refused delivery, or repeated failed delivery attempts:

  • Reshipment requires the buyer to cover a new shipping fee.
  • If the buyer requests a refund instead, the original shipping fee and any return-to-sender costs incurred are non-refundable.


9. Order Cancellation Before Shipment

Orders may be cancelled free of charge if cancellation is requested before the order has been dispatched from Korea. Once dispatched (tracking number issued), cancellation is no longer possible and the standard Refund Policy applies.


10. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse, decline, or cancel an order at our reasonable discretion in cases of suspected abuse, including but not limited to:

  • Multiple orders from the same buyer showing patterns of resale or fraud
  • Orders to addresses repeatedly flagged for non-delivery, refusal, or chargeback abuse
  • Accounts with a history of fraudulent claims or unjustified chargebacks
  • Orders to destinations where we cannot ship reliably due to carrier or import restrictions

If we cancel an order under this section, the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

This policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Statutory consumer protection rights under your country of residence are not affected.
